As a qualified Master of Wine – one of only 300 in the world – Justin provides us with the latest technology developments in bulk-shipping and in-market production. His on-going work with our technical and product teams helps them to create innovative bottling solutions for our global customers.
With a degree in Industrial Chemistry and Food Science and experience of producing wine across Australia, France and Spain, Justin has a deep understanding of the winemaking process that is backed up with 15 years of practical industry experience.
His place on the Encirc team confirms us as one of the most highly qualified specialist wine bottlers in the world.
David Lynn, Head of Technical
By reviewing and implementing new technical developments, and overseeing the delivery of all food safety and quality standards, David ensures we're able to stay at the very forefront of the bottling industry.
With a degree in Microbiology and over 30 years' experience in the drinks industry – specifically wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks – David has overseen the design of our automated process plant and is now involved in its day-to-day operation.
Henry Powles, Oenologist
A qualified Master of Oenology, Henry oversees the wine bottling process and supervises laboratory staff as they analyse each and every product.
His expertise ensures that we have a thorough scientific understanding of the wines we bottle.
Henry's role at Encirc also includes the meticulous checking of each wine. Only if they're in excellent condition and consistent with the country of origin, do they pass the test.
