With, overall, large volumes of wine being filled, we regularly make checks throughout the process to ensure that quality is maintained.
Even before the tanker has been offloaded, we test the bulk product for its alcohol level, sulphur dioxide (SO2) and dissolved oxygen (DO).
The wine is then sampled by our wine maker and our lab technicians, who are trained in wine fault detection, and only when approved is the tanker offloaded through filters to stainless steel storage tanks. The wine is quality checked again, analysed, and micro tests carried out.
SO2, DO and carbon dioxide levels are monitored hourly on the wine bottling line, other essential checks are carried out, and a full laboratory analysis takes place.
We maintain the very highest level of hygiene throughout all of our processes to ensure your brand integrity is preserved.
